Hosting and essential technical information

Vercel hosts this website. Serving and protecting it involves processing technical request information, which may include your IP address, requested URL, browser information, and request time. This supports delivery, security, and troubleshooting. We do not use this information to build advertising profiles.

Website content

We use a separate Supabase project to manage published website content. That content is retrieved when the site is built; your browser does not send personal information to that project.

When you contact us

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include. We use it to respond and manage your request. Please do not include your child’s sensitive information. We retain correspondence only as needed for your request, recordkeeping, or applicable obligations.

The Aspogents app is separate

Opening the app takes you to app.aspogents.ai. The app processes parent accounts, learner profiles, and activity information separately. This website policy does not describe all processing inside the app. Contact us before using the app if you need more information about its privacy practices.
